ParisWay Management Services LLC provides professional administrative support, document review, verification services, business support services, document preparation, and related professional administrative services, including but not limited to: Administrative Support Services Coordination of administrative tasks, document intake, record organization, and professional support for individuals and businesses requiring structured administrative assistance. Document Review and Organization Review, organization, and assembly of submitted documentation into structured administrative records for use in connection with requested services. Verification Services Structured administrative review of applicant-submitted documentation and generation of Verification IDs and verification records as described in Section 5 of these Terms. Business Formation and Compliance Support Administrative assistance with business formation documentation, compliance record organization, and related business support services. These services do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Document Preparation Preparation and organization of administrative documents as directed by the client. Document preparation services do not constitute legal drafting, legal advice, or notarial services unless expressly stated. Notary and Document Execution Services Where applicable and as separately arranged, notarial services performed by a licensed notary public in accordance with applicable state law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice. Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation to provide any specific service not expressly agreed upon in a separate written service agreement.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent. • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting requests, forms, or documentation through our website or services. • Be legally authorized to submit all documents and information provided to ParisWay Management Services LLC, including documents submitted on behalf of another individual or entity. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms. ParisWay Management Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that does not meet these requirements or that provides false or misleading information.

By using our services, you agree to the following responsibilities: Accuracy of Information You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information in all submissions, forms, and communications with ParisWay Management Services LLC. You agree not to submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated information or documentation. Account Confidentiality Where applicable, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials, access codes, or authentication information associated with your use of our services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or through your access credentials. Lawful Use You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to fair housing laws, consumer protection laws, data privacy laws, and anti-fraud statutes. Prohibited Conduct You agree to refrain from any fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with your use of our services, including submitting documents you do not have the legal right to submit, impersonating another individual or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or authority. Notification of Errors If you become aware of any error, inaccuracy, or unauthorized use related to your submitted information or service engagement, you agree to notify ParisWay Management Services LLC promptly at [email protected].

ParisWay Management Services LLC provides administrative verification services that involve the structured review of applicant-submitted information and supporting documentation. Upon completion of a verification engagement, ParisWay may issue a Verification ID and generate an associated administrative verification record. Important Limitations A ParisWay Verification ID and any associated verification record or verification status: • Does not constitute legal certification of any kind. • Does not represent government approval, government authorization, or any official governmental determination. • Does not constitute legal advice, regulatory guidance, or compliance certification. • Does not guarantee eligibility for housing, employment, tenancy, financing, or any other outcome. • Is not a consumer report, background check, credit report, criminal history report, or eviction record as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or any applicable state law. • Is not an employment screening report as defined under applicable federal or state employment screening laws. Our verification services reflect a structured administrative review of documentation voluntarily submitted by or on behalf of the applicant. Requesting parties are solely responsible for their own eligibility determinations and must comply with all applicable laws, including fair housing regulations, when using or relying upon any ParisWay verification record or Verification ID. ParisWay Management Services LLC does not operate as a consumer reporting agency as defined by the FCRA and does not provide services governed by the FCRA.

By submitting documents through the Secure Document Portal or by any other means to ParisWay Management Services LLC, you represent, warrant, and agree that: • You are the lawful owner of the submitted documents or are legally authorized to submit them on behalf of the individual or entity to whom they pertain. • All submitted documents are accurate, complete, authentic, and unaltered. • You have not submitted and will not submit forged, fraudulent, altered, or fabricated documents. • You have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations required to submit documents containing personal information belonging to another individual. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, and legality of all documents submitted to ParisWay Management Services LLC. Submission of false, fraudulent, or unauthorized documents may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of any fees paid, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities. ParisWay Management Services LLC reserves the right to reject, return, or decline to process any submission that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, unauthorized, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms.

Verification IDs issued by ParisWay Management Services LLC are administrative reference identifiers generated upon completion of a verification service engagement. All Verification IDs and associated verification records remain the exclusive property of ParisWay Management Services LLC. ParisWay Management Services LLC reserves the right to revoke, invalidate, suspend, or modify any Verification ID or verification record at any time if: • Fraud, misrepresentation, or material inaccuracy is discovered in the underlying submission. • Documents submitted in connection with the verification are found to be forged, altered, or unauthorized. • The Verification ID or verification record is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law. • The applicant or requesting party requests revocation. • ParisWay Management Services LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that revocation is necessary to protect the integrity of its verification system or to comply with applicable law. Revocation of a Verification ID does not entitle the requesting party to a refund of any fees paid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Misuse of a Verification ID, including but not limited to presenting a revoked or fraudulently obtained Verification ID as valid, may constitute fraud and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

All content on pariswayms.com and in connection with ParisWay services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, verification seals, Verification IDs, design elements, software, documentation, administrative templates, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ParisWay Management Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not, without the prior written consent of ParisWay Management Services LLC: • Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from pariswayms.com. • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our content. • Use our logos, verification seals, branding, or trade dress in any manner. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our systems or software. • Frame or mirror any portion of our website without authorization. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. Unauthorized Access • Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of our systems, servers, or networks without authorization. • Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or defeat any authentication, access control, or security measure. • Accessing or attempting to access administrative areas, restricted endpoints, or non-public portions of our website. Misuse of Verification Records • Presenting a revoked, expired, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise invalid Verification ID as valid. • Using a Verification ID or verification record for any purpose other than its intended administrative reference function. • Selling, transferring, or licensing a Verification ID to any third party. Automated Attacks and Interference • Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, or other automated tools to access or interact with our website or services without authorization. • Launching denial-of-service attacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or any other attack designed to disrupt or degrade our website or services. • Injecting malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components into our systems. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access to our services, civil liability, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParisWay Management Services LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with: • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our website or services. • Any content, information, or materials obtained through our services. • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions or data. • Any other matter relating to our services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if ParisWay Management Services LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our administrative services are provided without guarantees of outcome beyond those expressly stated in a separate written service agreement. ParisWay Management Services LLC does not guarantee any specific result from the use of its verification services, administrative support services, or any other service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ParisWay Management Services LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParisWay Management Services LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way connected with: • Your access to or use of our website or services. • Your violation of any provision of these Terms. • Your submission of false, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inaccurate documents or information. • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. • Any misuse of a Verification ID or verification record issued to you or on your behalf. ParisWay Management Services LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defense of such matter.

Certain ParisWay services may utilize secure third-party service providers to support website operations, communications, document management, and related functions. These third-party providers may include: • Website hosting and cloud infrastructure providers • Secure cloud storage and document management platforms • SMS delivery and telecommunications service providers • Email delivery and communication service providers • Payment processing platforms (for applicable paid services) • Website analytics and performance monitoring services • Security and fraud detection services All third-party service providers engaged by ParisWay Management Services LLC are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of your information, use it only for the specific purpose for which it was shared, and comply with applicable data security and privacy requirements.
