SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern all text message (SMS) communications between ParisWay Management Services LLC ("ParisWay," "we," "our," or "us") and individuals who opt in to receive SMS messages from us. By opting in to receive SMS communications from ParisWay Management Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms. When you opt in to receive SMS communications from ParisWay Management Services LLC, you may receive text messages related to the following: • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations • Verification status updates and Verification ID notifications • Secure document requests and document submission confirmations • Administrative follow-up communications related to active service requests • Service notifications related to pending or completed service engagements • Customer support responses to inquiries submitted through our website or by phone • Account-related communications regarding your service engagement with ParisWay Marketing or promotional messages will only be sent when you have provided separate, express consent specifically for marketing communications. Transactional and service-related messages do not require separate marketing consent. ParisWay Management Services LLC will not send unsolicited marketing messages to individuals who have not affirmatively opted in to receive them.

Message frequency varies depending upon the nature and status of the services you have requested and the level of interaction associated with your service engagement. You may receive periodic messages related to active service requests, appointment scheduling, verification status updates, or customer support follow-up. Message frequency is not fixed and will vary based on your individual service activity. ParisWay Management Services LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier in connection with SMS communications, including but not limited to standard text messaging fees, data usage charges, or international roaming charges. Please consult your wireless carrier or review your mobile service plan to understand the rates that may apply to SMS communications.

You may opt in to receive SMS communications from ParisWay Management Services LLC through any of the following methods: • Completing an online form on pariswayms.com that includes an SMS consent option • Checking the SMS consent checkbox on a website form or service request submission • Providing verbal consent to a ParisWay representative during a consultation or service engagement • Submitting a service request that expressly includes SMS authorization When you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment in SMS communications from ParisWay Management Services LLC. Your opt-in consent is specific to ParisWay Management Services LLC and does not authorize any other party to contact you by SMS.

You may opt out of receiving SMS communications from ParisWay Management Services LLC at any time by replying: STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After we process your opt-out request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging that your opt-out has been completed. No further SMS messages will be sent to your mobile number following a valid STOP request, except as required to confirm the opt-out itself. Opt-out requests submitted by replying STOP are processed automatically.
